A Non- Linear THINK TANK on Leadership

The World is clearly segmented into the East and West. However, the cultural differences make Leadership different for each. To engage with the global momentum in Asia, there is a need for more Leaders. The global and popular Leadership models have not been very effective in Asian contexts due to cultural differences. With the lack of educational support for creating Leaders in Asia, it is the right time to create reframed Leadership models based on our cultural values and social realities as they affect our daily lives.

ASIA LEADERS CONSORTIUM aims to be the first of its kind resource base for different models of culture specific leadership.

Leadership Need

There are many areas of work and life that need direction but lack leadership. The Consortium as a Think Tank identifies these areas either through their existing network of leaders or through the think tank or through their corporate support system.

Project Analysis

The projects are taken through intense analysis with experts and mentors to make them execution worthy, resources needed and identified, teams and people made aware of their roles. Thereafter Leaders are sought and approached to take on these areas to provide direction and turn them into viable and at times commercial projects creating benefits for stakeholders as well as the recipients of the benefits.

Planning / Partnerships

Through Corporate CSR or regular business channels we find partners who would be interested in gaining value from such projects. All projects and partners will be screened through a process formal as well as informal to gauge capabilities, interest and execution.

Execution/ Success

Time frames to be put in place for execution of chosen projects and benchmarks set for measuring progress.Completion equals to celebration.
